SERVICE
We service and repair the full spectrum of heating and air conditioning equipment: heat pumps and air conditioning (whether air-to-air or water source), gas and oil furnaces and boilers, water heaters, and modular/mobile home HVAC units. All our service vehicles are equipped with GPS systems for accurate response and our vans are fully stocked with most parts for quick and efficient replacements. Our service technicians are highly trained, NATE certified, and here to serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Service Dispatcher is in the office Monday through Friday to assist you, and we have an after-hours answering service to handle your emergency calls. Our Service Department and after-hours service are both reached by calling our regular office number (757) 442-6083.
MAINTENANCE
Just like automobiles, our heating and cooling equipment needs routine maintenance. To ensure fuel-efficient and trouble-free operation, your system requires regular maintenance, or as we call it, a "tune-up." Thornton Services offers an Energy Savings Program that allows you to pay for the maintenance in advance with tune-ups every 6 to 12 months depending on your type of equipment. We also give you the option to call in and schedule a tune-up whenever you want to. We also offer Extended Warranties for your complete peace of mind.
