Get To Know Our Staff
MANAGEMENT
  • Kenny and Linda Thornton established Thornton Services, Inc. in 1994. Kenny is the president of the company and has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Linda is the Secretary/Treasurer and handles our accounting and book keeping.
  • CW Savage has been with Thornton Services since the beginning and has worked his way up from Installer to Service Technician to his current position of Vice President and Production Manager.
  • Kelly Savage joined the team in 1995. She is the Office Manager and she oversees accounts payable and receivable.
OFFICE
  • Christine Ross joined Thornton Services March 2009.  She is our Sales Lead Coordinator and Data Entry Clerk.
  • Kathy Stauffer is our Energy Savings Coordinator and Service Dispatcher.  She schedules preventative maintenance and service calls.
SERVICE  
  • James White came to work with us in 2006 coming from another HVAC company in VA Beach with 5 years experience.  James is our lead Service Technician and a very important asset to our company.
  • Kevin Buckley completed his HVAC training at ESCC and joined our staff in April of 2007.  Customers are always commenting on how nice Kevin is to talk to.
  • PJ Evans joined our team after completing the HVAC/R courses at Badger Vocational Center in 2007.  PJ is a conscientious worker and gets along with everyone well.
  • Dustin Lee, a former air traffic controller, is now our Preventative Maintenance technician.  Dustin performs service work, as well.

COMFORT CONSULTANTS

  • John McNeal has been a Comfort Consultant at Thornton Services since 2002. John has over 15 years experience in customer service and sales.
  • April Woods joined the company in 2003. In addition to sales, April also assists with our Marketing and Advertising.

INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS

  • Billy Reid, one of our lead technicians, has been with Thornton Services since 2003.  We can always depend on Billy to do a thorough yet timely job
  • Willie James is our Sheet Metal Fabricator and Warehouse Coordinator.  He also assists the installation team when necessary.
  • Reggie Fiddemon joined our company in 2009 and has quickly become a very valuable asset to our installation team.
